If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange minus a 15% restocking fee.  

An RMA number is required for any returned shipments and must be clearly on the oustide of the box - not on the item packaging. 

An RMA number will be issued via email and must be obtained prior to shipment. 

Items returned must be in new resaleable condition.  If the items has been installed it is not considered new and credit will not be given.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

If an item was shipped under our free shipping offer - the actual cost of the shipment will be deducted from the refund. 

Returns must be well packaged, recieved damage free, in the orginal packaging.  Any COD orders will be rejected

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
